Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from VanCustom 3D Lab. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom and 3D-printed nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
